So Monday I had my EMG after 3 months or twitching and, according to the neuro, it's all clear, full strength, no deinvervation, some small fasciculations detected but nothing to worry about.
I still have a medular MRI to do but according to him either it's stress, or it's a small compression in the spine (nothing serious at all).
I also have a second MRI and EMG in 6 months to control and confirm but so far, it's BFS.
Now I've got fasciculations in both calves AND thighs today (maybe the decompression from the stress). Next step is to stop thinking about the worst and take a step back.
