Bundled stretches vs static stretches

Hey guys.

I have tried both standard manual static stretches, as well as bundled stretches, and bundled stretches seem to create a much more intense stretch, and greater feelings of fatigue. I was wondering if there is any particular advantages one has over the other? Are bundles stretches objectively superior for length and girth, or is there more nuance to method selection that I am unaware of.
