Pumping different times a day?

Hi guys!
What is you experience or thoughts about pumping different moments a day instead of a longer session at one time.
For example: 1x 20 min in the morning and 1x 20 min in the evening. (And/Or adding 1x 20 min in the afternoon). Instead of: 2 (or 3) sessions in a row with short breaks.
