I recently started clamping and just couldn't figure out how to get the expansion everyones on about. I now put clamp on not as tight as possible just enough to restrict return flow but not obstruct blood going in. I kegel (easiest way to think of it is flexing your dick as hard as you can for a couple sec ans rest) with clamp on.
Guys after two five min sessions my dick looks like a fucking monster vascular as fuck and roughly getting 0.25-0.5 overall expansion taking it close to 5 girth. Hopefully by the end of the year 5 girth will be permenant fingers crossed.
