Hanging Routine recommendation

What’s the most optimum hanging routine? I use a vac hanger and currently am doing 3x20 min with 4lbs, with 1 min rest in between sets. I do that in the morning and night daily with no rest days. After the hanging session, I do a belt ADS for about 45-60 min (where my dick is elongated but I don’t feel a stretch).

I’m currently just focusing on length. Should I do other exercises too or just stick with hanging and ADS?

Is the way I’m doing ADS right and is my routine ok?
