Length and girth gains from the LG Hanger

Hey guys!
I'm hanging with the LG Hanger for two days now. I already did a LOT of reading before, for months even when I used the Phallosan without success.
I'd love to get some experience reports from you guys how much length and girth you gained from hanging. Preferably vacuum hanging, but I think the Bib hanger might also provide comparable results or am I wrong?
Im asking that because I want to gain length and not really girth.

What’s the recommended routine with vacuum hanging ? And do you only do vac hanging or other things too ?
