First I’d like to say that this is not my first time trying out PE. I did attempt to this back in 2018, but didn’t try as hard.

Now after 3 months I went from 6.25 bpel to 6.825 bpel. Girth was just a bit of an increase, which I assume is from stronger erections. 5 meg to 5.125

My routine was pretty solid at first until I started school: I did 300-400 s2s Tried to add AM, but stopped after 2nd week Added manual stretches after sessions. Added shopping bag hanging, decreased s2s

Just to many for me to keep up with. In the process of making a small list to keep track of everything. I’m happy with the results, but will say DO NOT MEASURE FREQUENTLY. I did constantly out of curiosity, but it only made me depressed knowing I hit 7 in constantly, but kept dropping! Just like bodybuilding, weight loss, endurance training. Gains take a bit to solidify!

I was thinking of making this monthly rather than doing a measuring every 3 months.

Have a great day! Happy gaining!

P.s. will submit a routine later, I want to know if I’m doing to much.
