Hi, I recently got into the whole āpenis improvementā thing (foreskin restoration, ball stretching and now this) my suspensonary ligament is quite tight and my erections are always upwards, I like the look of the lower hanging look. Now Iām not too interested in increasing my size too much, Iām already quite big (7-7.5 inches or so) I just want to be able to use the full length of my penis so can anyone recommend good manual exercises, tricks and routines for stretching and loosening the ligament (I also heard from somewhere that it Kianās as you get older)? Any help is appreciated, thanks!
