A month after the newbie routine.

Hi, it's about 6 weeks I've been doing the newbie routine (2 sets of 30 seconds stretch each directions 200 Jelging Kegels). It's maybe funny but instead of my penis, it's my fingers that hurt during and after the exercise. I'm totally ok to buy any device that makes this process faster, more efficient, and less tiresome so I can increase the number of the sets. Any suggestion? especially for the length.

BTW, is there any novice or intermediate routine available to check out?
