Obviously gravity makes weights go down but I have been using a setup recently where I'm able to lay down hanging between two beds and it feels amazing. I'm already addicted to vacuum hanging because it is easy and doesn't cut off blood flow like the nooses do -- but I got to thinking that direction really does make a difference. Lately I've been doing 20-30 minutes laying down and then a couple hours standing. It's only been a few weeks so no measurements but it makes me think those of you who have a pulley system setup are on to something! Just like manual stretching, direction does seem to matter, at least it feels completely different.
Not a big point to the post, just thought I'd share my experience.
