AMA: VOB's life after PE goals met and what you should plan for

This is a thread for questions and discussions that I might specialize in, starting with the topic of what goals and strategies should be in your life after reaching your penis enhancement goals.

Current lifestyle and hobbies: I'm back again prototyping toys and I want to make an ergonomic revolution to make toys easier to use for people with disabilities.
