Routines and devices for best results

I'm not new to PE, have been a lurker at ThundersPlace in the past. I did manuals, jelqing, used an extender and bathmate in the past. I saw modest gains to flaccid hang and EQ that boosted my self esteem for a bit.

But lately I've been dealing with some real inadequacy issues and have committed to growing this dick. 7-7.5" in length with current girth is my first milestone goal and 8x6 being my "podium dick" goal.

I would like to get ideas of recommendations on ADS devices that can be worn discreetly (I work construction). Hanging devices I had been leery of in the past but I'm all in now...I want that podium dick.

I've been doing manual stretching, 10-15min of soft jelqing after light pressure #3x 1.5min bathmate use as a shockload, 2 days on 1 day off. I'm ready to add hanging and clamping in any manner to obtain these goals. So please feel free to offer up advice and best devices for gains and use comfort.

Edit: Can anyone describe the difference between jelqing and 'modified jelqing' ?
