I've been reading a lot on this sub Reddit, and from what I understand a pump cannot do 100% of the work and from my understanding if I do manual stretches 2 mins left and right and 5 mins downwards before pumping... I can break down the walls or the ligaments faster for the pump to be more effective. However, M9 suggested somewhere that clamping before pumping might also be a good idea. My only worry is that I don't want to injure myself from over stretching my dick. I was wondering if any of you have a two process synergy system that yielded good results?
Or any advice to speed up the pump process? My biggest concern is how much time each set, lapump recommends 15mins x 3. What if I just do 5? Really considering the clamp rn
