aith for doing something i thought i was given permission to do?
Post Body

I asked to go out and grab a few drinks on my own, they said they dont care. I asked to be sure "are you going to be mad the rest of the night if i do so?" they said "no, i dont want to spend the rest of my night like that" so i go get a few drinks, after running errands, i brought home a ton of stuff we needed, after i showed all that off i mentioned i went for a drink and they said "are you fucking kidding me?" and left and went to go pout in my room (they pay no rent and have not for almost 4 months).

I keep trying to figure out what was going on, slightly tipsy tbh, and they are still being really short and angry with me while laying in my small bed.

I told them that if theyre going to act like this after giving me permission they can sleep on the floor. They ignored me. I asked, "did you hear me?" and they made a whole spectacle of having to sleep on the floor.

I feel like because im slightly tipsy i am completely in the wrong but given the context i feel that i did the right thing... but i dont know if i did the right thing.

Asking someone to sleep on the floor is a little much.. But so is asking for "Permission" to do anything.
