For some context, im 19 and have not lived at home since i was 17. This woman has been married to my dad since i was 5 years old, so shes been around for a long time. I only saw my dad and her every other weekend until my dad got full custody when i was 12. Im gonna make a list of things she has done, mainly things she had done when i already moved out. All i have to say about the things she did to me as a child, Well when i was 11 I had written in my journal that i wanted to unalive her... She read my journal behind my back, forced me into a family therapy session and made fun of me about it. What kind of 11 year old writes something like that? Idk maybe one whos being mentally abused. Im sick of her making me feel crazy, so this is what happened.

• On Wednesday, my stepmom and biological sister showed up to my apartment door. Already, i was uncomfortable with my Stepmom always getting into my building without using the call box . Idk how she gets in. So i open the door already hesitating because my apartment was a mess at the time and i had a new roommate staying with me and her boxes were still in my living room. It was a mess because I was going thru a miscarriage, possibly given an STD by my boyfriend, and other problems so i couldnt leave my bed (I have bipolar 1 and depression). They walk into my room and see my roommate sitting on my chair And doesnt even ask her name she says "You cant be here". Im not gonna say everything thay was said but I told her if shes gonna yell she has to leave and she said no. Then it escalates to her squaring up with my 18 yr old roommate, with her being in her mid 40s. At this point im standing on my BED to intimidate her and scream at her to get out and call the cops to come escort her. Cop came and was just kinda like 🙄 the whole time. Made her leave in the funniest way, because he told them to pack their stuff up and i cackled saying they dont live here?? And he saif wait how old are u? ... 19... And then immediately made them leave. She threatened my roommate as well. Blocked her, Texted my sister telling them to leave me alone. Im not even sad or anything im sick of it. She then texted me off one of her coworkers phones like a psychopath and before she could finish typing I said i was getting a restraining order haha. Heres other things warranting a restraining order, and why im DONE:

• Has threatened 3 other friends of mine

• Showed up to my bestfriends job to threaten her while i was Out of town in rehab

• The text she sent me from the coworkers account has a threat, "I shouldve bitch slapped the fuck out of you, cop caller. U better hope i dont see you anywhere"

• When i was in the hospital after trying to OD, she took my wallet and phone, and I didnt know until i was discharged and couldnt get home (Literally illegal)

• Has had screaming fights with me since i was a child

• Not the first time cops have been called to my apartment complex because of her

• Cries to me about my own father cheating on her and i have to listen(I have no problem with it until ur an asshole

• Judges me for my addiction struggles while i still have 5 figures in my bank account and my own place. What does she have? Child endangerment charges for bringing her first son to a drug deal. Couldnt keep her second son for a month when he was born because she was on meth. Went into an alcoholic spiral with my father. Idk

TLDR : AITA For cutting my stepmom off after i had to call the cops to have her escorted out of my place?
