I was leaving my home this evening to run errands and my neighbors had a guest leaving at the same time. since i live in a cul de sac they had to head inwards to hit the loop and exit again so i had waited for them to be friendly. prior to leaving though they stop in front of neighbors house again have a full on convo for almost a couple minutes with them just blocking the road and me waiting directly behind them waiting to start moving. finally they go and i’m trailing behind them and then the person in the car proceeds to go speed limit on the single lane road outside my home for the first few seconds and then immediately slows to 10 under. I generally wouldn’t care since whatever could be an old person but they’re a dude about the same age as me (25) in a truck. so do i have a right to be annoyed or should i let it go? this is the first time this has ever happened and i have no other complaints with my neighbors so i don’t wanna make it a big deal but if this continues in the future is this something i could talk them about?
