Today one of my employees was doing something wrong. I stopped him and told him what to do . I even did part of it for him . I hand him the flat bar and told him to pry away from the bricks . He goes to do it wrong again i say not like that . He says well fucking show me . I tell him to not cus at me . He says im not fucking cussing at you . I say maybe you should step out side so we can take a brake from eachother . He says I'm calm. To which i respond then i need a break from you . He says well then i should just leave . I said good . He comes back ten minutes later i ask what are you doing . He says T my partner told him to come back and work i said i thought you quit . He says no i just said id leave . I said okay your fired . He yells that i cant fire him . But i am equal partners in my construction company so i can fire him . So am i the asshole this isnt the first time I've been disrespected and i have seen him take 1 hour breaks or just texting on his phone .
