Has anybody else noticed that the frame rate setting does nothing on Series X? I even restarted the game!

I'm honestly very disappointed.
Is anybody else having this issue? I'm running the game from the internal SSD
UPDATE: The developers have recognised that the setting is bugged on Xbox. It will not do anything
