The 7th Division Scars are the upper echelon leadership in the 7th Division of the Claw organization. They are easily the most powerful Psychics in the Division with the Division Leader being the strongest. Within the organization they have a number of duties like collecting those with psychic potential with the end goal in mind being world domination.

As a team... to be honest they aren't really that great as a team. They don't especially like each other (for the most part) and usually try to accomplish objectives as individuals rather than as a team. In something like a 2v2 they seem to treat it more as two 1v1s rather than a team effort. To add to that some of them have powers that don't really mix and support each other well (like the one that lights everything on fire and the one with the wooden dolls that she puppets around).

They apparently have pairs which they usually work with but we only know of one maybe two, those being Sakurai/Koyama and possibly Tsuchiya/Mukai.

All Scars carry a spray can that can cause those they spray to go unconscious.

Division Leader Ishiguro

Ishiguro primarily uses gravity and singularities to do battle.

NOTE: I am using the word singularity for convenience. The black spheres are explicitly not black holes.

• Creates a large singularity around himself that starts disintegrating nearby material but is interrupted by a punch.

• Creates a large singularity which draws stuff into it then explodes.

• Increases gravity in an area causing the ground to crater.

• His mini-singularities eat decent sized chunks of concrete as they fly past.

• Takes a punch form an Esper which sends him flying.

• Collapses a hallway.

• Knocked out for a bit after getting drop kicked by a normal human.

• Survives this attack.

Yusuke Sakurai

Yusuke has an enhanced sword which he uses to cause long deep cuts through most materials.

• Knocks out a bunch of scientists and steals their data.

• Can make red energy slashes.

• Makes a cut on concrete.

• Destroys a wall.

• Cuts a lot of material.

• Deflects some chunks of rebar.

• Knocks another Esper backwards.

• Cuts an I-beam apart after getting thrown into it.

• Makes some long cuts through concrete.

• Lastly he has a psychicly enhanced gun.

Miyagawa

Miyagawa is a true pyrokinetic his primary battle strategy is to coat everything in fire.

• He makes a lot of fire

• A LOT OF FIRE.

• He is also fairly resistant to his own fire (also note the melted concrete walls).

Megumu Koyama

Koyama primarily fights with his fists using a technique called Telekinetic Helix to bypass other Esper's barriers.

• Jumps off a building and hits an Esper hard enough to crater the ground..

• Jumps up between two buildings while carrying someone.

• WRONG SECTION GOES IN BROTHER's RT

• Hits an Esper hard enough their head gets embedded in a wall.

• Throws two people behind him.

• Hits some people high into the air.

• His power is "Telekinetic Helix" it is extra effective against barriers/shields.

• Punches a kid.

Tsuchiya

Tsuchiya uses her psychic powers to enhance her physical capabilities.

• Is fairly fast, when appearing to attack Mob from the front she moves behind him before he can react then pummels him from all angles. She also takes a hit from Mob's telekinesis in this section.

• Jumps off of a pillar further shattering it.

• Gets knocked out by Mob throwing her through a lot of thick reinforced concrete walls.

Terada

Terada forms telekinetic whips to grab and throw his opponents and nearby objects.

• Breaks through the rope binding him.

• Swings trees around

• Swings and Esper through trees

• Was slowly overpowering another Esper.

• Gets knocked out by getting hit by two trees.

Matsuo

Matsuo is fairly weak on his own but he has a bunch of trained spirits to do the fighting for him.

• He has a bunch of Spirits that do the fighting for him (note each vial on his belt contains a spirit).

• This spirit is strong enough to crater the ground with a strike (it is pretty subtle pause the gif on the last frame to see what I mean).

• He has spirits enough to put a hole in a thick door though they do get stuck.

• He has a jar of spirits where he has them fight each other so that he can get the strongest (which ends up being Dimple so this isn't the most useful piece of equipment)

• Gets knocked out by a hit from Dimple after he ate all the spirits in the aforementioned jar.

• Most of his spirits get destroyed by Mob.

• His strongest spirit gets destroyed by Reigen 1000%.

Muto

Muto can create realistic illusions. It was speculated he is important in the Claw's brainwashing process.

• Shows Mob visions of his brother dead.

• Shows a kid an illusion of all the other Esper's he was with dead.

• Shows a group of Espers an illusion of him dragging the corps of one of their group.

Mukai

Mukai puppets a bunch of figures and has them do her bidding.

• She has a bunch of wooden figures that she can control.

• She has some sense of what they are doing

• They are destroyed by Mob.

Muraki

Muraki can make copies of himself and rapidly move though the battlefield.

• They make copies of them self though while they can deal damage they are somewhat easy to destroy.

• Gets punched by a normal human.

• Moves through a wall and knocks out an Esper.

Takeuchi

I... don't know much about Takeuchi as they didn't get much screen time.

• They gets slammed into a wall and knocked out.
