Type 1 Scholarship AS400 Part Time Last Semester

I am an AS400, I have a Type 1 CICS and I plan to take next semester part time. This means that since AFROTC has already paid for a full time courseload for this upcoming semester, I will have a positive balance on my student account that I can have refunded to myself. Is there any way AFROTC will require me to pay the difference back if I do refund the amount to my personal account?

Sources/references would be much appreciated. I have already checked the Vol 3 but can’t find the answer to my question there.
