So I started watching AEW in June and fell in love. Watching dynamite, dark, BTE and the ppvs ever since.

After finding out dynamite is only a year old. I decided to go back and watch it from the start. Lockdown amirite?

Anyway, I've just got to the first social distancing episodes. The second one was down to just Tony of the usual commentators. So Kenny and Cody come out. Cody is especially good. He's a total geek. He knows every move, histories of each wrestler and has inside info on motivations both now and for the future. It just works with him there. Not that Kenny wasn't great.

Just one match in and I've learnt so much about Darby and Kip Sabian. Seriously, he's great! why doesn't he do more? Aside from wrestling most weeks. We need more like that on commentary. Excalibur is great, as is Schiavone. JR is hit or miss, depending on who you are. Personally, I love him for pure comedy value. Taz is too heel for my taste for it.
