Help me buy a good ticket for All In

I went last year, paid a pretty penny in the presale and ended up a country mile from the ring with people who'd spent about half what I did.
This year I've got my accom and transport booked. I want a great view, budget around £400 (would love to spend much less). I'm nervous about pitch views not being great and that prices might drop.
Anyone on the floor last year? How was your view? If you were in my place, what would you book? Are there any downsides to buying resale?
