For people not on Long Island (the greatest place on earth) this show was at a different/bigger/nicer venue than World's End. Generally, UBS Arena is super nice and a great place to watch a wrestling show. TBH merch was disappointing- The only event exclusives were an Islander Color AEW Long Island shirt (they had a similar one at World's End) and an Islanders color version of "The Most Magical Place on Earth" MJF Shirt. They really just had event t's and some New Japan merch besides that. Crowd was ok. For some matches great but you can tell people weren't into some or just got tired with the long card.

• PreShow was great. The lucha match/Statlander and Willow Tag especially were main card quality IMO
• MJF open and people went nuts for him as expected. Great match with Hechicero although it felt a bit short. Crowd surf was cool but kinda hard to see where I was sitting haha.
• The Elite vs The Accliamed/ Tanahashi got great reactions. The Jacksons had a split of boos and cheers and of course some CM Punk chants lol (some people chanted back "He got fired". Okada is suuuuper over though lol.
• Toni Storm vs Mina was great as expected. People especially popped for Toni's entrance and the end kiss. "This is wrestling" chants broke out. People popped at the Nigel ovation lol
• ZSJ vs Orange Bollocks. I'm not an OC guy so I hit the bathroom during the beginning but was a lot more fun than I expected. lots of ZSJ fans in the building surprisingly.
• Learning Tree/Cobb vs Hook/Joe/Shibata- literally like a third of the stadium took a piss break during this one. Lots of "Please Retire" Chants for Jericho but also some vocal Learning Tree branches were chanting "STFU" and started "you still got it" (No you don't) Chants. Hook,Joe, Shibata trio rules. People were happy when it cut to Taz after the win lol.
• The Ladder Match- Jack Perry surprisingly was red hot. I don't like him personally but there were a lot of Cry Me a River/ScapeGoat Chants and ofc dueling CM Punk chants. Crowd also loved Takeshita especially his first punch on Scapegoat and the Blue Thunderbomb into the table. Mark Briscoe also got a lot of love. People went nuts for The Scapegoat when he won.
• Mercedes Mone vs Stephanie Vaquer- Mercedes kinda disappointed me tbh she looked rusty in this one IMO. Crowd was quiet at first but fell in love with Vaquer and completely turned on Mercedes in real time which was fascinating to see. Guy in front of me was Mercedes' biggest hater and talking about how she's overrated the whole time so he loved it lol. Lots of Fuck The Celtics and Fuck the Red Sox Chants
• Naito vs Mox- People popped for Mox's entrance but pretty dead tbh after that. This one suffered from everyone being tired and being in the dead spot before main event. Red Shoes got a big pop. Mox got a suuuuper slow count from him towards the end that pissed me off.
• People went fucking nuts for Swerve vs Ospreay. Whole crowd was on their feet by the end. Pretty split with people cheering for both- I wanted Ospreay to win but love Swerve's reign. It was the right call to have Swerve win.

Overall def a better card than World's End (The Last one on Long Island). Not the best crowd but I appreciate us getting a PPV. IDK how it sounded on TV but not the loudest in the stadium except for the main event and MJF. Crowd was pretty sold out and 300 section opened up for some people as well. I find Grand Slam typically has the best NY Crowds for AEW events so I'm really excited for that coming up. I hope you find this entertaining happy to answer any questions people have
