So I'll be up front. I was never really a Punk fan in his WWE days or even in his first run in AEW but something about his return has connected with me and I'm seeing him in a new light.

The whole "tell me when I'm telling lies" promo was the best thing I've seen in months from AEW and stopped me from walking away when I was at the point of stopping watching.

Whatever happens with this run I hope he stays healthy and gets the run he deserves.

I can see some sort of heel turn coming either with him turning on FTR, vice versa, or all three of them going heel but I'll enjoy every second of it.

I also hope he gets to best the living shit out of that walking turd MJF at some stage...
