I have no working phone atm and am unable to use one for verifying any code. I am unable to view my W2 form to file my taxes because of this.

I am able to locate my account, but the next step is for me to receive a SMS code which I have no way of getting.

I do have the registration code form my company however and when I use that I find my account, but like I said it asks to receive an SMS code which there is absolutely no way to get.

I am unable to get my W2 form to even file my taxes this year and am no longer employed with the job. I have contacted them and they have not been any help. Is there some way I can get into contact with ADP over email or live chat and resolve this without needing to have a voice line?
