Getting started with ADHD

Hi all. I've been looking at trying to learn how to program. I've started with a very basic game development course.
But getting into this field is very daunting and kind of overwhelming on where to start and how to focus those mental resources.
If anyone can add a link to something they found helpful starting off the learning process, or any tips and tricks for what to look for would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!
