2 yoe looking for dev industry that does solid efficient (but not game dev nut-job level) sprints?
Post Body

I have mostly worked for startups and small companies the last couple years and I want to get a role at a decent mid sized company where sprints are done and there is a scrum master. I am definitely tired of all the lack of organization at the startup/small company phase and the lack of direction, goals and leadership.

I am not looking for ridiculous sprints, but I am also not the kind of dev who prefers less work rather than more, sitting around on reddit for 5 hours of my day is not the kind of dev I am. I like to power thru in morning and maybe early afternoon and then call it quits early and move on to my life. Work hard play hard mentality.

I enjoy programming and leveling up my skills and want to be assigned solid tickets to work on a sprint board and always have something new to do, but be part of something with leadership and structure that is efficient.

P.S. I am currently taking buproprion which helps with my anxiety, depression and helps focus a bit, but I am going to be talking to a psych in person about Adderall or another similar stim because I really need that focus for programming.

I do recommend bupropion that stuff is great for boosting dopamine and norepinephrine (noreadrenaline)

Anyway, any tips on companies or industries that have efficient sprint cultures but not overly ridiculous like game dev?
