I am due an assessment with ADHD360 and I'm trying to write notes to prepare. I am finding for a lot of the symptoms I can clearly explain how these effect me as an adult, although a couple I struggle to put into words.

But I find I can't think of specific examples of these as a child, I got rid of my school reports a couple years ago and due to a number of reasons I have poor memory of my childhood.

Will this cause me issues with my assessment?

I also note they need evidence my symptoms impact me in at least 2 environments, does this need to be applied to every symptom, or do I just need to demonstrate the overall cluster of symptoms impact me in multiple environments?

In my circumstances I'm finding it hard mainly impacted school and friendships as a child, and attending appointments, employment prospects and friendships as an adult. Would these count as different environments for the purpose of an assesment, or do I need to also discuss others?
