Is there a BP cut off for stimulants?

Hey Guys,
Currently on medication that's really changing my life. Excelling at work, feel less stressed etc. The usual!
My last appointment my BP was a bit high, and the doctor said if it persistent he'd need to cut medication. What's a cut off BP rating for a doctor to pull the plug? Currently sitting just around 127/90 or something.
