Hi everyone!
So I've been diagnosed November 2023, and my Psychiatrist advised me to tell my boss that I have ADHD to help me with my work, and to set expectations.
But I've been doing a bit of lurking in other ADHD subreddits and majority of posts and comments I've seen were that telling their boss that they did have ADHD actually led them to being discriminated, or being limited by our condition. Thus, they were not getting career advancement opportunities or career growth opportunities.
Well, granted the posts I've seen were from different countries. So I want to know what the case here in the Philippines, or if there's anyone who would want to share their experience with regards to letting your boss know that you have ADHD?
