Firstly I hope symptoms is the correct word to use here.
I'm just wondering about others experience of their ADHD when it came to stressful or high pressure environments or anxiety inducing events.
I feel that some days I cope pretty well but other days at work I'm a complete mess (apprentice carpenter).
On the good days I feel like I think clearly and stay focused and get shit done, but put me in a situation where I feel I'm being scrutinized or observed and my ability to stay on task goes.
Can anyone relate to this?
