Working with my current therapist has been meaningless until she mentioned she has another patient who is dealing with Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria and she thought it sounded like what may be going on with me. I read a lot about it over the holiday weekend and I have some hope because it sounds just like me! My episodes can be explosive and come from nowhere without any warnings……apparently it is very common in people with ADHD. I am newly diagnosed within the last 6 months and don’t know where to start, I am trans, been seeing my gender therapist throughout. Anyone else have this?
