Hello! I recently upped my Adderall dosage with my doctor because the prior does wasn't working. I was upped to 20 xr and 10 ir booster. The first few days on the medication I did feel quite a bit more focus. It's been about a week now and I still feel it more than the low dose I had prior, but it doesn't feel as affective. Is this normal? Does this mean I should speak with my doctor about changing the dosage, does my tolerance just build fast, or is this how it's supposed to feel once you settle in to the medication?
