Adhd in workplace (feel as if I can't do ANY job)

Post Body

Hello friends, I've recently found out I (26m) have ADHD. I was actually assessed last year, but I didn't fully read the 33 page assessment properly of course, so only noticed the adhd assessment with recommdations for medication and support groups etc after reading the assessment yesterday!

This diagnosis has helped me understand the reasons behind my erratic work and social life situations.

Every job I've ever had has been something with mistakes, poor performances, missing days, awkward interactions with coworkers. I've either been fired or have suddenly quit every job I've ever had.

4 Years of my time working has been inspecting medical devices however I still always make very basic mistakes with neuro/endo vascular devices and repetitive paperwork involving these devices.

I have tried a wide range of jobs in the last 2 years. (Bartending, labour, manufacturing, event management)

I feel as if I'm not mentally able for any of these jobs, I'm usually all good for the first few weeks of any job but can't focus/care about any of these jobs after that.

My mind wanders if I'm doing a repetitive job (like like production in a factory) and I get overwhelmed with any other job.

Do you have any recommendations on what I can do?
