I’ve recently been diagnosed with ADHD after years of questioning why I always felt the way I did. It’s like a massive relief to know there was something going on with me since a kid and that I wasn’t just “broken” like my parents put it…anyways

I’ve smoked we3d ever since I was 15 years old and it’s always helped me with anxiety and staying focused and enjoying to do things I tend to not like to do. But now that I have ADHD I was prescribed adderall and am worried about doing the two. Not at the same time of course.

I took adderall instead of smoking in the morning and am just so shocked at how better and grounded I feel. But what would happen if I smoked before bed after the effects wear off? Will it still cause a big heart rate spike even after it wears off ? Thank you !
