Struggling with enjoying food
Post Body

Hey y’all I’m really having a hard time finding anything I enjoy eating these days. I was raised on mostly processed foods like Kraft Mac and cheese and microwave meals because my mom also has adhd and she dislikes cooking. This caused me to be super picky with my food and to also develop an aversion to cooking. Eventually, I met my partner who introduced me to fast food and I had a period where I over ate fast food because I finally found something that I kinda liked.

Well now my brain seems to have decided that all food is gross and I’m really tired of being tied to fast food. I’m struggling to find anything at the store that sounds halfway appetizing and a lot of my staple safe foods I’ve gotten burnt out on. Idk what to eat anymore and have lost almost all enjoyment for eating. I just hate that I have to eat in the first place, and it feels like an area of my life that constantly causes stress and problems. Any advice?
