Struggling to keep up recently, and can’t figure out anything to help.
Post Body

Hey y’all so I’m still figuring my ADHD out, like a lot. I got diagnosed at 23 (I’m now 26) and got a therapist I’ve been working with. I’ve tried adderal, Ritalin, and vyvanse. All of them kinda just make me feel a bit internally hyper and give me a headache once they’re wearing off.

I work from home and constantly find it difficult to focus. I’m always internally fighting to not run off and do something more interesting. I don’t hate my job, but it doesn’t particularly excited me. If I’m honest I’m not sure there’s even going to be a job that would interest me enough to stay focused on it well. The pressure of it being “work” distracts me in its own right. My ADHD affects me outside of work too, but I mainly struggle to get myself to consistently show up and struggle to actually concentrate and get anything done when I’m supposed to be working.

Does anyone have any advice on what I should try next? I can manage, but things have been feeling more challenging recently and nothing seems to really be helping my adhd symptoms
