Any advice for someone who struggles with food?
Post Body

I was raised on high-dopamine processed foods and have always been an extremely picky eater. To the point I get really mad at myself for being so picky. I don’t like a lot of foods in general and I’m particular about flavor and texture. I don’t mean to be, but I really struggle to eat foods that I genuinely do not enjoy.

Cooking takes so many steps and more patience than I have. I just really don’t enjoy cooking and get easily overwhelmed and frustrated with it. Unfortunately, I also live in Oklahoma and really only have Walmart as a shopping option.

Basically, I have 2 microwave meals I enjoy and eat on repeat. But after doing that for several years I feel myself even getting burnt out on them.

I want to eat healthier and make better food choices, but recently it’s felt easier to simply not eat. Everything seems unhealthy for you and I’ve kind of lost any enjoyment that I used to get from eating.

Any advice?
