I’ve noticed that I don’t use my sight as much as I should when I am doing tasks, is that something you all experience as well?

Post Body

This is a bit of an odd question but I’ve noticed that I tend to zone out and not actively look at anything while I’m doing tasks or just day to day things.

Is that something any of you guys deal with as well? It’s almost as if it requires too much effort to pay attention to what is being looked at.

I’ve noticed it more when I’m doing things that I don’t have to think about too often. I go more so based off of how things feel rather than actively paying attention, it feels as though I am trying to avoid using my vision as much as possible. I was wondering if that’s something you all deal with as well? I’m curious as to what your experiences have been with it?
