Hey all, so I got my results and it looks like I don't have adhd. I'll be leaving this sub since it's not the place for me anymore but before I go I want to ask one last question. The reason that got me to suspect it could be adhd is because I have an hyperactive brain. I always have a thousand thoughts running in my head and it makes it hard for me to focus, pay attention or remember stuff well, particularly when studying. As far as I can remember it's always been like this since I was a kid and I can't make it stop. Since this seems to be a common adhd experience I thought I could ask you guys for tips on how to manage it. Thank you in advance
Edit: thank every one of you, I was not expecting to get so much support. And don't worry, I will not stop here. I have a problem and I want to know whatever that is
