I tend to get hyperfixated on certain tasks and become highly perfectionistic. Taking everything I do and going to the extreme with it. Making sure everything is explored, all little details are covered. Waste hours like this and it feels exhausting but I tend to feel "stuck" and it is horrible.
I also often have WAY too many ideas floating around in my head and they overwhelm me to the point of shutting down sometimes. I feel the need to write everything down and store everything which tends to get exhausting.
Anyone relate?Any advice to deal with this better?
