Just got diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 32. I always knew something was different with me and have had to constantly watch myself so I don’t land myself in trouble. The diagnosis didn’t come as a shock to me but now I’m just looking for books that will help me understand me better. I already have organizing solutions for people with adhd in my read list. Are there other books that have helped you? Doesn’t have to be guide/self help, just books that help you understand better how your brain works.
