Post Body

So my SO says that in order for her to have compassion for my symptoms I have to be "putting in the work." It often looks like I'll have a moment of distraction or lose time and than she gets angry like legit angry and frustrated that "your not working hard enough because I'd see it on your behavior." I take my meds every day after a year of work to remember my meds and I'm going to therapy roughly every 2 weeks. (Free services suck). It feels like every teacher and parent I had growing up saying your not doing enough, not trying enough. I'm putting in as much as I can most days raising my godson that the house work slips... and that's still "my responsibility to get everything done and manage my time."

I think she's a narcissist. Like everything she says is "legit" but the tone and condescending look make it hard to want to work for us....

Does anyone else have similar problems?
