Vyvanse just isn’t for me

I’ve been on Vyvanse for about a year now, split dose of 40mg in the AM and 20mg in the PM. I don’t find it really does much for me, other than make me grumpy.

My son takes Concerta so I popped one of his 18mg one day just to see how it was vs the Vyvanse… wow!! My concentration was just amazing… however the med drop was really harsh… so I tried take two of the 18’s together and same drop.

Has anyone found a way to stop this drop? Or a similar med? I’ve taken Biphentin and Foquest without much success unfortunately.
