Hi all I possibly like some of you struggle to brush twice a day for the right amount of time. My question is two parts. What do you do to help build this back into your routines and what "hacks" you might use to do better at hitting this task twice a day. My next question is do any of my adhd people have experience with the sonic brush pro as it looks like I will hit more spots in less time which is important because often which I start brushing my teeth I end up doing something completely different by the end of the two minutes.
