How does one manage a symptom like this?
Post Body

I have ADHD and might have bipolar (I’m not sure yet) but when I was under treatment for bipolar only I had symptoms that I didn’t have or haven’t noticed since being back on treatment for my ADHD. Long story made short the first mental health facility told me that my ADHD was just bipolar. They made me think a lifetime of since less then 8 years old diagnosis of ADHD was misdiagnosed. Fast forward a new doctor in a different state realized I had ADHD guess a child psychiatrist and a psychologist actually knew what they were talking about? Since they specialize in ADHD.

Know that the back story is over, I noticed hearing music that wasn’t playing and no one else heard but me. And had mental visions or mind movies as I called them that were of me causing physical harm to people I just met that were strangers. Like a man who was helping me fix my battery connection I had a vision of hitting him in the head with a hammer. I weighs would never do this and know it’s wrong. Counselors have told me it’s normal. I’m not sure about that but idk
