Adderall and Atomoxetine stopped working. Any tips?

I was on XR 20mg and switched to IR 10 mg, still no progress. I was on Atomoxetine 40mg for a while and that stopped working after about a week of use as well. I'm scared nothing will help me anymore and l'Il be stuck in a non-functional state. I’m in university and I’m really struggling with memory, impulsively, and procrastinating it’s affecting my life in a pretty drastic way. Any tips or advice on medication or where I should look to next would be much appreciated. Thanks.
