Hey everyone. So right now, I'm on 60mg of Vyvanse a day. It's by far the best medication for helping with some problems, like sleep, and I definitely get less of the "crash" than I got with Concerta, so I'd really prefer not to switch medication. Plus, switching medication is just kind of taxing and takes days of getting used to, if not weeks...
But right now, around 6-8 hours after I take the Vyvanse, I get this huge wave of anxiety. Like, it makes it impossible to do anything. My chest hurts, I feel dizzy, the whole thing. Before and after that, I feel fine. But that wipes out whole afternoons sometimes.
Has anyone else got this with Vyvanse? What can I do to stop it? I'm thinking about scheduling exercise to coincide with the wave so I can try to "burn off" the anxiety, but does anyone else have any other solutions?
Thanks!
