I improved my gum situation from beginning of last year significantly. I still have a lot of work to do, but it feels great to be improving my dental health instead of feeling shame about it all the time.
Also, my inability to take care of my teeth was one of the first things to pop in my head once I finally got diagnosed. I felt pretty embarrassed by it, but seeing all of you talk about your teeth struggles on this thread really helped me realize it was a common thing among folks with ADHD… so thank you all!
