Hey everyone. So I have 2 days of Vyvanse left, as of today, the 29th. Because of some issues with transferring prescriptions between provinces where I live (Canada), I can't get any where I am right now, and will only be able to get a refill when I go back to my apartment on January 3rd... so I'll only be able to take my Vyvanse for 2 out of the next 5-6 days.
This is my first time rationing medication like this, any advice? My days without Vyvanse are absolutely awful so I'm trying to mitigate that as best I can. If I wake up early and exercise in the morning, it makes it a little better, but not fully. I really need to get some work done over the next couple of days, but I'm staying with my parents right now, and I'm sort of constantly anxious here (lots to unpack there lol, but not now), so that complicates things.
Any advice on what to do? Should I just schedule work days and take the remaining Vyvanse on those 2 days? Do you guys have a routine to make your no-medication days better?
